CommercialFull electrical rough-in and trim for a 12,000 sq ft multi-tenant office complex. Scope included service entrance, panel installation, branch circuits, data/low-voltage rough-in, and LED lighting throughout.
Industrial480V 3-phase power distribution, motor control center installation, and process instrumentation wiring for a regional food processing plant. Included hazardous location wiring per NEC 500 in wet processing areas.
LightingFull LED high-bay retrofit for a 60,000 sq ft distribution warehouse. Replaced aging metal halide fixtures with energy-efficient LED high-bays and added occupancy-based lighting controls, reducing energy consumption by over 40%.
Backup PowerDesign and installation of a 500kW standby generator system with automatic transfer switch for a medical office complex. Included load analysis, fuel system coordination, and full commissioning and load testing.
AutomationReplaced legacy relay-based control system with a modern PLC-based automation platform for a manufacturing line. Included control panel fabrication, field wiring, PLC programming, HMI configuration, and operator training.
Public WorksElectrical installation for a municipal water treatment facility upgrade. Scope included MCC replacement, VFD installations for pump motors, instrumentation wiring, and integration with the facility's existing SCADA system.
